Martin Kimani, then Kenya's Permanent Representative to the UN, spoke at a Harvard Kennedy School seminar on Africa's place amid global crises, co-hosted by the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs and the HKS Africa Caucus. The invitation followed the international attention drawn by his February 2022 UN Security Council statement on Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
